To do:

Standard

-Home Depot for dryer clamp, sandpaper, drano, plunger Although, I forgot the Drano at both Home Depot and Vons.
-Call TimeWarner because no digital channels and only 4 local HD channels–also, TW, get with the program. Multistream card>two single stream cards. And if I chose the digital variety pack when I ordered it, why are they all grey? And why do half of the regular channels have no info about the shows? ETA: TW surprisingly helpful. TiVo also helpful. Woo!
-Run ethernet cable upstairs
-Go swimming!
-Convince the dryer that it actually dries. According to the manual, the gas valve is on, and it appears to be warm in the dryer, but the exhaust coming out of the building is cold. /confused
-Move upstairs Tivo into cabinet, because it makes a weird whirring noise that we’ve never heard before

  1. Because Time Warner is LAME!! We have it, too, and it’s got issues. Fortunately, so far the issues we’ve have been resolved by rebooting the box, but sometimes it takes forever to reboot, or the software update freezes in the middle and then requires another reboot. I hope they stop sucking enough to fix your problem!

    • No, not at all. I bought a vent clamp to hold the exhaust tube on yesterday (currently duct taped) but we haven’t done anything with it. My mom has thinks we’re going to kill ourselves if we try to use it.
Only slightly relatedly, it needs to be leveled, too, cuz it wobbles like crazy.
