Wiis in the Wild

Standard

Mike and I were at Costco this evening, and we saw someone walk out with a Wii bundle. And lo:

This is the first time I’ve ever just seen Wiis out, like, not being frantically snatched at. And there were 6. I bet they’re gone by tomorrow.

  1. Craig and I saw a bunch at Fry’s months ago. It was strange; there was a cart of about 20 of them in the game console department. They were all locked up and just sitting there. It seems hard to believe that they’re still this hard to get this far past Christmas!

…The ellusive Wiis are a curious bunch. They flee quickly from the nest, looking for territory not already conquered by one of their kind. This is a rare spotting indeed, to see the Wiis bundled together in a group. Once they’ve left the nest, they keep in contact with one another using some sort of digital code.
