One of my users/co-workers is in training to be a trainer. She offered a (free!) bootcamp yesterday at lunchtime. My co-worker, Terri, and I both decided to try it out.
Seriously, I did not know I even had muscles on the front of my ribcage.
There was running, sprinting, squatting, lunging, pushup-ing, burpee(?)s, etc etc.
My goal today is to move as little as possible. Ow.
One of the other co-workers who was there texted me last night and said, “What’s wrong with me? I was having such a hard time with the stairs at the Aquarium!” We are all in a world of pain!
