The French Gourmet sent us the tasting menu so we can choose what to serve–hmm, I’m thinking I probably shouldn’t eat for like, a day a head of time 😉

Oven Roasted Tomato Crostini Aioli
Plum Tomatoes delicately roasted with olive oil and garlic, served on crisp seasoned baguette slices with aioli sauce.
Grilled Proscuitto Prawn
Grilled skewer of Jumbo Shrimp rubbed with fresh pesto and wrapped with thinly sliced proscuitto ham.
Seared Ahi On Cucumber Round
Seared Ahi Tuna on crisp cucumber round garnished with creamy wasabi.
Duxelle Mushroom Puff
Bite size puff pastry filled with a reduction of fresh creamed mushroom and baked to a golden brown.
Fresh Vegetarian Vietnamese Summer Rolls
Shiitake mushrooms, carrots, Jicama, Napa cabbage, bibb lettuce, mint, seasoned with sesame oil, oyster and soy sauce and wrapped in rice noodle sheets. Served with peanut sauce.

Artichoke Fondue
A spread of artichoke hearts, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and shallots.
Mediterranean Eggplant Puree
Pureed eggplant with olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Served with Pita Triangles.
Apricot Brie En Croute
Imported brie cheese baked in puff pastry with apricots and marmalade.
Pesto Cheese Torte – Small
Layers of cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and pesto, elegantly garnished with fresh basil and whipped cream cheese.

Elario’s Salad
Mixed baby greens, spinach, endive, sun dried cranberries, candied pecans, Gorgonzola cheese, sliced apples and Champagne vinaigrette.
Pomegranate Mixed Green Salad
Mixed Greens served with Boston lettuce leaves, topped with sliced Pears, Pomegranate

Porcini Crusted Beef Sirloin Mushroom demi glaze
Whole tri-tip sirloin coated with Porcini mushrooms and spices. Served sliced with a jalapeno honey demi-glace.
Filet Mignon with Cabernet Demi Glace
Tenderloin sauteed with a robust cabernet demi-glace.
Moroccan Chicken
Freshly boned chicken breast marinated with orange juice, mint, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, grilled and then baked.
Grilled Salmon with Papaya Salsa
Fresh fillet of Norwegian Salmon topped with a light and refreshing combination of papaya, cilantro and lime juice.
Potatoes Au Gratin
Delicious sliced potatoes baked in cream, seasoned with onion, a hint of garlic, nutmeg and topped with Swiss cheese.
Rosemary New Potatoes
Baby red potatoes seasoned with fresh rosemary and olive oil.
Grilled Vegetables
Asparagus, summer squash and colorful red bell peppers.
Glazed Carrot and Fresh Green Beans
Colorful and Flavorful Fresh Vegetables

Wedding Cake TASTING
The French Gourmet uses only fresh, natural ingredients in all of its delicious cakes. No preservatives, shortenings or artificial flavorings are used. Our classic wedding cakes are finished with whipped cream, butter cream or shaved white chocolate.
