It’s been 10 minutes since 9:15a. My user is waiting on me to return her Blackberry and computer. She came in so I could use them to talk to you. I need to know what is going on. Is someone actually going to call? My credit card has already been charged, yet I’ve received no support.
Additionally, I am not the only person experiencing this bug. I found this blurb

This is exactly the same kind of errors we have been dealing with.
I also tried installing the software on my MacBookPro and was dealt the exact same problems. Different computer, different OS, different calendar set. This is not a NUTD problem, it’s a PocketMac problem. Version 3 worked, what happened?

Well, it’s now 9:25a and no phone call. Adrian, I have the Blackberry and the software installed on my computer. If you were able to call me later in the morning, I should be around.

What part of this is NOT a Now Contact problem do we not understand here? Now Contact is syncing successfully after you guys gave me this patch two weeks ago. We are dealing with Now Up to Date, which is a separate program from Now Contact! Now Up to Date is the calendar, Now Contact is a contact database. I don’t need your form letter about Now Contact any more, I need help with Now Up to Date! This has never been a support request about Now Contact, it has always been about the Now Up to Date (the CALENDAR) not syncing with my user’s Blackberry.
